PI coating aluminum foil (PTAL) is single side or double side coated with polyimide on the aluminum foil, without any adhesives can long-term work in over 200℃ temperature, PTAL Aluminum coating PI film excellent for electromagnetic shielding performance. According to customer needs for different shield thermal insulation material processing, the thickness of aluminum foil can be 10 um to 200 um, PI coating thickness can be from 5 to 25 um um. We can apply it to other metal foil and customize it according to customer's requirements.
